BEFORE PICTURE DAY
- You will receive posters, reminders and information regarding your photoshoot; please hang posters immediately to remind your parents!
- You will receive an email with a JPEG and PDF poster to email your parents and post on social media!
- Please hang “Tomorrow is Picture Day” and send stickers home with your students!
- Prior to Picture Day, please email us an Excel file with all students first and last name as well as a parent contact email for ordering purposes.
DURING PICTURE DAY
- Don't worry about anything!
- We promise we will get all children photographed in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
- Once your school's images are uploaded online, a few days following the last day of your photoshoot, families will receive a direct link via email to view and order their images.
- Your school will also receive printed proof sheets with each child's images and an individual online code and QR code to order from.
- All ordering is done online!
- Families will have roughly two weeks to place an order online with free shipping to the school. Any orders placed after that time period will be automatically shipped to home. Please reach out to our office directly for more information on your school's free shipping cut-off date!
